A three year volunteer position as Alumni Representative on UFV Senate allows you to enhance your resume of community involvement. Senate is the academic governing body at UFV that is responsible for managing academic policies and advising the Board on policies of mutual interest. Nominations are now being accepted.
Nominators may be UFV faculty, staff, students, or alumni.
The UFV Alumni Association expects that members chosen to represent the Alumni Association on the UFV Senate will be prepared to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Association and make the commitment to attend Alumni Association Board monthly meetings as outlined in the MOU between the UFV Alumni Association board and the representative candidate.
The nomination deadline for the Alumni Representative on UFV Senate is May 4th, 2018 . Simply fill out the nomination form and the UFV Alumni Relations office will get in touch with nominees if further information is required.
