UFV is partnering with Canadian Blood Services to compete in the UFV Plasma Playoffs competition! The goal is to improve or save the lives of so many Canadian patients by donating blood from November 4, 2024 – December 14, 2024. The winning team will be awarded a trophy as well as the title of Plasma Playoffs Champions!

The competition is based on a points system, and you can earn them by attending an appointment. Bonus points can be earned by:
– Donating while rocking your UFV swag.
– Bringing a group of 5+… grab your classmates and make it a reunion!
– Booking your donation for Thursday pizza day

Your team champions will updating you on your team’s progress and sending you resources and information.

Plasma donors make all the difference. The plasma collected in the Abbotsford donor centre alone is manufactured into 50 different medications which are distributed to 730 hospitals and clinics across Canada.
