Niro Kandasamy joined TD Insurance in 2016 and brings 16+ years of insurance experience spanning finance, performance management, and strategy. Niro leads the end-to-end fraud lifecycle, overseeing SIU, fraud operations, and intelligence, and advances technology-enabled detection through analytics, ML/AI, and digital forensics. A regular voice in fraud awareness, he translates complex schemes into practical guidance for colleagues and customers, strengthening referral quality, timely triage, and collaboration across TD and industry partners.
