As a Regional Vice President at Optimum Talent and founder of VX Search Group Inc., Adam’s entrepreneurial spirit shone, achieving success before merging with TMG Search Canada.

Now, as Director of Executive & Senior Leadership Acquisition at Fraser Health Authority, Adam leads senior leadership and physician recruitment. He also advocates for Indigenous employment initiatives, LGBTQ2+ causes, and serves on boards like the Shuswap Community Foundation.
